SEMINAR FEES:
The fee is $1195. A reduced fee of $1095 per person applies if two or more persons attend from one company. (This discount rate also applies if people attend this seminar in different cities this season.)
The seminar fee covers the entire program, continental breakfast and refreshments. The fee also includes all seminar materials and copies of all slides, so you need not take extensive notes.
SPECIAL ROOM RATES:
We have reserved a block of rooms at each hotel at a special rate which is not included in the seminar price. Rates per night (single) are $89.50 (including resort fee) in Las Vegas, $159 in Chicago, and $195 in Boston. All prices are excluding taxes. Note: Luxor Las Vegas rooms are located in the East and West Towers.
Please contact the hotels directly at least 30 days prior to the seminar date to make your reservation. Mention the seminar by name to receive the special rate.
SEMINAR SCHEDULE:
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY:
Morning session: 8:00AM – 12:00 noon
Lunch break: 12:00 noon – 1:00PM
Afternoon session: 1:00 PM – 5:00PM
Morning and afternoon breaks: 15 minutes
FRIDAY:
Session starts at 8:00am and concludes at 1:00pm with no lunch break.
CUT-OFF DATES:
Reserve your space as early as possible. Payment must be made to Dorman Consulting Associates no later than 10 days prior to the seminar. Payment by company check is preferred.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds for the full seminar price will be granted if requested in writing no later than 10 days prior to the seminar date. Credit for a future seminar will be given if notice is provided at least three days prior to the seminar date. Cancellations with less than three days notice will receive a 50% credit towards a future seminar date. Substitution of participants is acceptable without prior notice.
CPCU-AAI CREDITS:
CPCUs attending this program will be awarded 15 points under the Continuing Professional Development Program for CPCUs.
AAIs attending this program will receive 22 credit hours toward their reaccreditation under the Accredited Advisor in Insurance program.
