SEMINAR FEES:

The fee is $1225. A variety of discount options are available for early registration or attending multiple seminars. Please see our Discounts section below.

The seminar fee covers the entire program, continental breakfast and refreshments. The fee also includes all seminar materials and handouts, so you need not take extensive notes.

SEMINAR SCHEDULE:

Day 1:

Morning session: 8:00AM – Noon
Lunch break: 12:00 – 1:00PM
Afternoon session: 1:00 PM – 6:00PM
Morning and afternoon breaks: 5 minutes per hour and one 15 minute break per session

Day 2:

Morning session: 8:00AM – Noon
Lunch break: 12:00 – 1:00PM
Afternoon session: 1:00 PM – 5:00PM
Morning and afternoon breaks: 5 minutes per hour and one 15 minute break per session

SPECIAL ROOM RATES:

We have reserved a block of rooms at each hotel at a special rate which is not included in the seminar price. Rates per night (single) are $164 in Chicago, $170 in Scottsdale, and $199 in Boston (Cambridge).

Please contact the hotels directly at least 30 days prior to the seminar date to make your reservation. Mention Dorman Consulting Associates by name to receive the special rate.

CUT-OFF DATES:

Reserve your space as early as possible. Payment must be made to Dorman Consulting Associates no later than 10 days prior to the seminar. Payment by company check is preferred. Major credit cards are accepted via our PayPay.com invoice process.

DISCOUNTS:

As of June 15, 2010, we have made the following changes to our discount policies. All discounts are combinable, but are not retroactive for classes taken prior to June 15, 2010.

1. Reservations made 45 days or more in advance receive a $50 discount (if multiple attendees register together, one $50 discount is taken on the group’s entire fee).
2. Multiple attendees from a single company registering on the same registration each receive a $50 discount (per person).
3. Any single attendee who takes more than one class in the same calendar year will receive a $50 discount on every class attended after the first class.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refunds for the full seminar price will be granted if requested in writing no later than 10 days prior to the seminar date. We make our commitments to our partners 10 days prior to the seminar date, so we cancellations are not accepted within 10 days of the seminar starting date. Requests to change to a different seminar date submitted 10 days or fewer prior to a seminar will be subject to a $200 deductible (change fee). Substitution of participants is acceptable at any time without charge. Each participant is responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by any travel or hotel provider.

CPCU-AAI CREDITS:

CPCUs attending this program will be awarded 22 points under the Continuing Professional Development Program for CPCUs.

AAIs attending this program will receive 22 credit hours toward their reaccreditation under the Accredited Advisor in Insurance program.
